About the event
A rare chance to work with Frankie Armstrong and explore myth, movement, and voice in this intimate, one-day workshop.
Led by Frankie Armstrong, a pioneer of the natural voice movement, The Voices of the Archetypes of Myth offers an embodied exploration of sound, imagination, and expression.
Through movement, breath, and storytelling, we will encounter the voices within us—The Huntress, The Trickster, The Child, The Mother, The Crone—as living, symbolic qualities that shape how we sound and relate.
As we move through these archetypal landscapes, the voice begins to shift—opening into new textures, colours, and resonances. This is not about getting it ‘right’, but about rediscovering a voice that is already there.
Frankie creates a supportive, playful, and non-judgemental space, inviting you to listen, explore, and express with freedom.
